Learning outcomes: FGC 4.3. Basic knowledge of basic legal and methodological acts, reference materials, current national standards, instructions and other regulatory documents in the field of land and real estate valuation, FGC4.4. Knowledge and possession of practical skills of assessment work; FGC 4.8. Knowledge of the classification of real estate and its features as an object of evaluation, the concept of real estate and real estate, types of rights, interests and obligations regarding real estate, FGC 4.9. Know the basis of evaluation and features of their application, the basics of the theory of value for money over time, common methods for determining capitalization rates and discounts, FGC 4.12. Knowledge of the procedure of professional training of appraisers, norms of professional activity and ethics, the procedure for obtaining a certificate of the subject of appraisal activity. РН4.1. Apply methods of collecting, storing, accumulating, processing, modeling and analyzing information in the field of land and real estate valuation; Demonstrate knowledge on the organization and management of land cadastral production, land and real estate appraisal work. РН4.6. Have the methods of geospatial cadastral data to implement management decisions in the field of cadastre, land management and real estate appraisal.

Summary of the subject: Valuation activities are of particular importance for the taxation of urban land and the implementation of property agreements with land and the right to lease it on the secondary market. In addition, property valuation is a mandatory component of all investment mechanisms. Thus, the pace of land and economic reforms depends on the state of evaluation activity, the level of development of its theoretical and methodological base. Land reform in Ukraine is aimed at creating conditions for the development of private land ownership, land privatization, and the transfer of land relations to market principles.
Assessment methods and criteria: • implementation of the report on laboratory work, oral questioning, control work (40%); • final control (exam): written-oral form (60%).
