Types of seismic waves that occur during earthquakes. The mechanism of the earthquake. Own oscillations of the Earth. The problem of earthquake forecasting. Tidal oscillations of the Earth. Types of tidal waves. Deformations of the Earth from the action of the tidal wave. Methods for determining the numbers of Lev and Shida. The movement of the Earth's poles. Fundamentals of atmospheric physics. The composition of dry air near the earth's surface. The structure of the Earth's atmosphere on various grounds. Water vapor in the atmosphere. The main characteristics of humidity. Equation of state of gases. Atmospheric pressure, temperature and air density. Atmospheric statics. The basic equation of atmospheric statics.
