Learning outcomes: • To know their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to understand the values of civil society, the rule of law, human and civil rights, and freedoms in Ukraine; • Preserve moral, cultural, scientific values and increase the achievements of society, use different types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle; • Demonstrate skills of interaction, leadership, teamwork; • Assess the legal, social, and economic consequences of the organization. • Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and socially consciously based on ethical considerations (motives), respect for diversity, and interculturalism; • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the external environment, analyze the market situation of tourist and recreational innovative products, make optimal management decisions in the field of tourism and recreational activities, provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of management. • Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively.

Summary of the subject: Subject and methodological framework of public administration. The basic theory of social management . Public sector - the unity of economic, social and political spheres. Civil society as the subject of the formation of public administration purposes. Public administration and government. Public administration and municipal public authorities. Laws and principles of public administration. Public administration as a process of elaboration, adoption and implementation of management decisions. Values and "tree of objectives" of public administration. Mechanisms. bodies, methods and style of public administration. The bureaucracy in the system of public administration. Anti-corruption activities in the field of public administration. Effectiveness and efficiency of public administration. Basic principles of public administration in the social sphere. Public administration and economics. The most important function of public administration in the economy. Corporate power and public administration in voluntary associations. Responsibility in public administration.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30%): tests, case studies, oral examination. Final control (70%): semester control (written and oral component).
