Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: -Basic knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to management, principles, laws, functions. - Understanding of tools and strategies relevant to diagnosing and analyzing the state of development of industrial, economic and financial activities of enterprises and organizations at a level that will allow employment in the specialty, the ability to effectively use theoretical knowledge in practice. - Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge in the field of strategic, operational, innovation, crisis, financial, investment, anticipatory, creative management of organizations and their departments. - Basic knowledge for work in the field of innovation at the grassroots level of management in the linear and functional units of organizations of various forms of ownership and organizational - legal forms, in public authorities, local governments. - Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the processes of international cooperation and international business, integration and globalization, factors and parameters of the modern international economic environment, management systems of foreign economic and customs activities. - Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the analysis of the system of administrative, informational and motivational characteristics of staff activities. -Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve problems of management of enterprises and organizations, using known methods. - Systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas in the management of enterprises and organizations. - To combine theory and practice, as well as to make decisions and develop strategies for enterprises and organizations, taking into account universal values, social, state and industrial interests. - Ability to develop recommendations on the basis of research on the efficient use of human resources by economic entities. - Ability to develop and implement personnel policy, to ensure the purposeful development of the organization's staff. Communication: - Ability to be critical and self-critical in understanding the factors that have a positive or negative impact on communication, and the ability to identify and take into account these factors in specific communication situations. Autonomy and responsibility: - Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions. - Ability to critically evaluate the results of activities and reasonably defend the decisions made.
Required prior and related subjects: Pre-requisites: Corporate culture. Leadership technology in the organization. Co-requisites: Personnel consulting. Methodology and organization of scientific research in management. Qualifying exam.
Summary of the subject: Mind and intellect as natural factors of intellectualization of the organization. The essence and structure of the intellectual components of the organization. Intellectual potential management system of the organization. Methodological principles of identification of intellectual resources and assessment of intellectual potential. Formation of intellectual activity of the personnel of the organization. The strategy of managing the intellectual potential of the organization. Update the management system of the intellectual potential of the organization. Evaluation and effectiveness of the organization's intellectual potential. Trends and prospects for the development of intellectual potential.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (45%): solving creative tasks, oral questioning, tests. Final control (55%, control measures, exam): testing, theoretical questions, problem-searching and imitation tasks.
