Learning outcomes: 1. Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods, and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership. 2. Demonstrate skills to identify problems and justify management. 3. Apply management methods to ensure the effectiveness of the organization’s activity. 4. Demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization. 5. Assess the legal, social, and economic consequences of the organization. 6. Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge in the field of strategic, operational, innovation, anticrisis, financial, investment, anticipatory, creative management of organizations and their departments. 8. Ability to plan various activities, build organizational structures for the management of organizations and departments, use effective systems of employee motivation and remuneration, ensure effective quality control and management processes regulation. 9. Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively. 10. Management of complex actions or projects, responsibility for taking decisions in unexpected situations.

Summary of the subject: The discipline covers the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the application of various methods of modeling innovative business processes in various areas of management and operation of the organization. The course includes the following topics: 1) Methods and models of development, implementation and implementation of corporate and business strategy of the innovation organization; 2) Models of designing business structures and developing management mechanisms for the organization; 3) Modeling of performance indicators and creation of financial tools for business process management; 4) Methods and models of marketing and sales management; 5) Business process reengineering. Procurement and supply chain modeling; 6) Methods and models of research and development (R&D) and e-business management; 7) Modeling of personnel and organizational changes; 8) Methods and models of leadership and implementation of intercultural management
Assessment methods and criteria: written reports of laboratory works, oral quiz (30%); practical tasks completion, oral quiz (10%); final examination: written-oral form (70%).
