Learning outcomes: Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of technological equipment used in the construction, repair, reconstruction and restoration of oil and gas pipeline systems and complexes. (ZH15) Knowledge of methods of operational control over the technical condition of technological equipment used in construction, repair, reconstruction and restoration of equipment and elements of the pipeline complex (ZH20). The ability to develop and synthesize structural and principle, as well as to create calculation schemes of equipment, to compose and design component parts of assemblies, aggregates, mechanisms, machines from individual parts and products. (UM9) Basic knowledge in the field of design methods, engineering methods of calculation and selection, the scope of application of classic and modern designs of machine parts, assemblies and mechanisms used in modern tools, complexes and other equipment for the implementation of various technological processes. (ZK10) Ability to perform regulated measures during operation and maintenance of technological equipment of the oil and gas complex. (FC15)

Summary of the subject: Independent creative work based on the calculation of the strength of the tubing string in different ways of operating the well, which is carried out outside the classroom (free from mandatory educational classes) according to the task and under the methodical guidance of the teacher, but without his direct participation.
Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of the student's knowledge takes place during the semester when course work is performed outside the classroom (free from mandatory classes) according to the task and under the methodical guidance of the teacher, but without his direct participation and by means of defense before the committee using the following methods: 1. The quality of the course work is evaluated according to the criteria listed in Appendix 2 of the Regulation on the rating assessment of student achievements: – compliance of the content of the course work with the task and the requirements of the educational and methodical recommendations for its implementation; - independence of solving the assigned task, design decision, execution of calculations, drawings, graphs and tables; – the presence of elements of a scientific and research nature; – use of computer technologies; - preparation of an explanatory note, graphic materials in accordance with the requirements of design and technological documentation. 2. The quality of the student's report on the content of the coursework is evaluated; 3. The completeness and correctness of the answers to the questions posed to the student are evaluated.

Summary of the subject: Lecture 1. Oil and gas production equipment (NGO) Contents: Schematic diagram, classification and composition of oil and gas production equipment. Lecture 2. Production well equipment Content of the lecture: production well; wellhead equipment; trunk equipment and filtering parts of the well; equipment to prevent fountain emissions. Lecture 3. Equipment for operating wells using fountain and gas lift methods Contents: equipment diagrams; pump - compressor pipes; fountain apparatus and manifold; locking and regulating devices; equipment for operation gas lift method Lecture 4. Equipment for operation of wells with pumps with a mechanical drive Contents: pump installations and their main elements; oil well pump drives; rod pumps of wells; equipment of the mouth of pumping wells. Lecture 5. Equipment for gas lift operation of wells Contents: physical principles of gas lift operation; designs of gas elevators; Gas lift valves; calculation of gas lift valves Lecture 6.
