Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module the student must acquire and develop the following competencies: general: GC 4 Ability to plan and manage time. GC 7 Skills in the use of information and communication technologies GC 9 Ability to be critical and self-critical. professional: SC 9 Ability to diagnose the state of research in international economic relations and the world economy in an interdisciplinary combination with political, legal, natural sciences. SC 10 Ability to justify the use of legal, economic and diplomatic methods (means) of resolving conflict situations at the international level. SK16 Ability to constantly improve the theoretical level of knowledge, generate and effectively use them in practice. PCD 2.4 Ability to analyze and evaluate the innovation potential of the enterprise, as well as the competitiveness of the innovative enterprise. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: RT 11 To substantiate one's own opinion on specific conditions for the implementation of forms of international economic relations at the mega-, macro-, meso- and micro-levels. RT 17 Identify the causes, types and nature of international conflicts and disputes, justify and apply economic, legal and diplomatic methods and means of resolving them at the international level, defending the national interests of Ukraine. RT 25 To present the results of the study on the basis of which recommendations and measures for adaptation to changes in the international environment are developed. The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following knowledge: K1 Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of study and professional activity, including certain knowledge of modern achievements

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Management" is focused on the study of theoretical and practical material on the essence of management, functions, methods of implementation, features of management communications and leadership styles necessary for the successful operation of the organization. As a result of studying the discipline, the specialist must know and understand: the features of management processes in the organization, their interaction within the organization and the relationship with the changing environment.
Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (30%): laboratory classes (20%) and practical classes (10%). - final control (70%): exam (written and oral component).
