Learning outcomes: RN 1. To treat professional self-improvement responsibly, realizing the need for lifelong learning, to show tolerance and readiness for innovative changes. RN 3. Use modern information and communication technologies, software packages for general and special purposes. RN 4. To systematize and organize the received information on processes and phenomena in the world economy; assess and explain the impact of endogenous and exogenous factors on them; formulate conclusions and develop recommendations taking into account the peculiarities of the national and international environment. RN 10. Identify and identify features of the functioning of the subjects of international relations and models of their economic development. RN 11. To substantiate one's own opinion on the specific conditions for the implementation of forms of international economic relations at the mega-, macro-, meso- and micro-levels. RN 16. Demonstrate knowledge about the state of research in international economic relations and the world economy in an interdisciplinary combination with political, legal, natural sciences. RN 21. Understand and have the skills to maintain business protocol and business etiquette in the field of international economic relations, taking into account the peculiarities of intercultural communication at the professional and social levels in both state and foreign languages. RN 25. Present the results of the study, on the basis of which recommendations and measures for adaptation to changes in the international environment are developed. Um1. Solving complex unforeseen tasks and problems in specialized areas of professional activity and / or training, which involves the collection and interpretation of information (data), the choice of methods and tools, the use of innovative approaches. K2. Ability to effectively form a communication strategy. AB1. Management of complex actions or projects, responsibility for decision-making in unpredictable conditions.

Summary of the subject: Subject and structure of international economic relations. The statistical basis of international economic relations. Features of foreign trade at the present stage of development of international economic relations. Functional relationships in international economic relations. International organizations. The classical theory of international trade in goods and services. The latest theory of international trade in goods and services. Alternative theories of international trade in goods and services. International trade policy and its instruments. The economic role of tariffs. The economic role of non-tariff barriers. International trade in services. International capital movements. International migration. International technology transfer. International economic integration. International monetary and financial relations.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1) current control (30%), independent work, individual assignments, oral interviews; 2) the final assessment (70%), testing (50%), oral answer (20%).
