Learning outcomes: The study of the discipline involves the formation and development of students in the following program competencies: INT The ability to solve complex specialized problems and practical problems in the field of international relations in general and international economic, in particular, as well as in the learning process, which involves the use of new theories and methods in conducting comprehensive research of world economic relations, is characterized by complexity and uncertainty . SC1 Ability to identify the characteristics and trends of the world economy, especially the implementation of economic policy and global integration / disintegration processes, including Euro-Atlantic integration. SC7 Ability to analyze theories and mechanisms of implementation of international monetary, financial and credit relations. SC13 Ability to assess and analyze the security component in international economic relations. FCS1.1 Ability to choose the best forms of foreign economic transactions. FCS1.2 Ability to conduct a comprehensive marketing research of the foreign market, search, selection and establishing contacts with a foreign partner. FCS3.2 Ability to perform international economic analysis in the field of international communications and IT. FCS4.1 Ability to analyze regulations governing customs activities in Ukraine and abroad. FCC 4.2 Ability to conduct economic diagnostics of customs activities, as well as the calculation of economic indicators of these activities The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: PH2 To communicate freely on professional issues in the state and foreign languages orally and in writing, to use economic terminology professionally. PH8 Understand, identify and describe new phenomena, processes and trends of global development, mechanisms and tools for the implementation of economic policy and global integration / disintegration processes, including Euro-Atlantic integration. PH14 Understand and apply theories, principles, tools and instruments for the implementation of international monetary, financial and credit relations. PH23 Awareness of the need for lifelong learning in order to maintain a high level of professional competence. Zn1 Conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and professional activity, including certain knowledge of modern achievements. K1 Communicating information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience in the field of professional activity to specialists and non-specialists.

Summary of the subject: The structure of international finance. The evolution of international finance. Subjects of international finance. Global financial centers and offshore. Positioning in international finance. The stakes in international finance. Ratings and Indexes in international finance. Correspondent relations and communication in international finance. Balance of payments. The forms and instruments of international payments. Credit relations between subjects of international finance. Agreement on avoidance of double taxation and mutual protection of investments.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): oral questioning, laboratory works, performance of individual work; - Final control (70%): semester control (written test (50%) and oral component (20%))
