Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module the student must acquire and develop the following competencies: Integral competence: ICS The ability to solve complex specialized problems and practical problems in the field of international relations in general and international economic, in particular, as well as in the learning process, which involves the use of new theories and methods in conducting comprehensive research of world economic relations, is characterized by complexity and uncertainty conditions. General competencies: GC 8. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. GC 9. Ability to be critical and self-critical. SC 11. Ability to conduct research on economic phenomena and processes in the international sphere, taking into account causal and spatio-temporal relationships. Professional competencies: PCD 4.1 Ability to analyze regulations governing customs activities in Ukraine and abroad; PCD 4.4 Ability to justify the use of tools and technologies for informatization of customs activities; PCD 4.5 Ability to conduct paperwork and customs clearance of foreign investments, as well as to estimate the costs of customs activities. As a result of studying the module the student should be able to: RT 15 To determine the functional features, nature, level and degree of relationships between the subjects of international economic relations of different levels and to establish communication between them; RT 25 To present the results of the research on the basis of which recommendations and measures for adaptation to changes in the international environment are developed. RT 27.4 Carry out economic analysis and accounting of customs activities.

Summary of the subject: Formation of knowledge and skills that will allow for customs clearance of goods and foreign investment. Filling in and acquaintance with the relevant documentation used in customs clearance of goods and foreign investments, assessment of the current state of the enterprise, the statutory fund of which includes foreign investments in terms of property status, liquidity and financial stability, business activity, and profitability, analysis of international experience in customs clearance of goods and foreign investment.
Assessment methods and criteria: current control (100%): course project defense.
