Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: ZN 2. Knowledge of the laws of functioning and development in the international scale of the market system of organization of economic life. ZN 3. Knowledge of trends in international financial markets and financial mechanisms that serve the functioning of the international economy. UM 2. Ability to analyze integration processes, stages and types of international integration groups.

Summary of the subject: Venture business: key terms and conditions. The role of venture business in creating innovation and innovative development of countries and regions. Innovative activity and innovative processes at enterprises: essence, features of management. The essence and types of innovations in enterprises. Sources of funding for innovation. Traditional and new alternative methods of financing innovative enterprises in the period of globalization. Venture capital as an alternative source of innovation funding. Venture capitalization process. The essence and objects of innovation infrastructure, their role in ensuring innovation processes depending on the stage of enterprise development. Venture investors and their types. Ecosystem of startups and venture infrastructure: classification, features of formation. Types of venture enterprises. Consideration of stages of the life cycle of enterprises in terms of their need for venture capital. Startup projects: the essence and features of management. Business modeling: basic templates and processes of business modeling of startups. Writing a business plan for venture investors. Venture activity: risks, features of evaluation of its efficiency. Foreign experience in stimulating and developing small and medium innovative entrepreneurship in the world. Venture business in the world: analysis of organizational models and evaluation of their effectiveness. Venture business in Ukraine: problems and prospects of development.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): oral questioning, work in the workshops (individual papers and group tasks); - Final control (70%): semester control (50% written and 20% oral component)
