Learning outcomes: LO 2 To communicate freely on professional issues in state and foreign languages orally and in writing, professionally use economic terminology. LO 8 To understand, identify and describe new phenomena, processes and trends of global development, mechanisms and tools for economic LO 14 To understand and apply theories, principles, tools and instruments for the implementation of international monetary, financial and credit relations. LO 18 To study economic phenomena and processes in the international sphere on the basis of understanding the categories, laws, highlighting and summarizing trends, patterns of functioning, and development of the world economy, taking into account causal and spatio-temporal relationships. LO 19 To understand and apply current legislation, international regulations and agreements, reference materials, current standards and specifications, etc. in the field of international economic relations. LO 20 To defend the national interests of Ukraine taking into account the security component of international economic relations LO 22 To apply appropriate methods, rules and principles of functioning of international economic relations for the development of foreign economic activity of Ukraine. LO 25 To present the results of the study, on the basis of which recommendations and measures for adaptation to changes in the international environment are developed. Kn 2 Critical comprehension of the basic theories, principles, methods, and concepts in training and professional activity C1 Reporting to specialists and non-specialists information, ideas, problems, solutions, and own experience in the field of professional activity.

Summary of the subject: The main tasks of the discipline are to study ways to raise capital, justify the structure of capital, determine the need for investment and cost of capital, financial support of projects and optimize the structure of funding sources, provide knowledge of theory and practice that highlight the essence of business project financing, its specific features and directions of development, formation of a system of knowledge and practical skills on investment design. Topics: Requirements of international financial organizations to the business plan of the investment project. Project needs assessment. Sources of project funding in modern conditions. Credit financing. Venture financing. Business angels. Crowdfunding. Fundraising. Business incubators. Business accelerators. Criteria for selection of investment projects by financial institutions. Management of investment projects implementation.
Assessment methods and criteria: - forms - full-time, part-time - methods - lectures, teamwork, individual tasks, independent work, presentations - current control (30%): work in the VLE, execution and defense of the presentation, oral examination - final control (70%): testing (50%), oral answer (20%).
