Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline and the learning outcomes are the study of the scientific, legislative, regulatory and technical foundations of metrology, standardization, quality management and certification.
Завдання: Special (professional, subject) competences: SC 4. Ability to consider social, environmental, ethical, economic and commercial considerations affecting the efficiency and results of electronics engineering activities. SC 10. Ability to apply in practice industry standards and quality standards for the operation of electronics devices and systems.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes: P1. Describe the principle of operation using scientific concepts, theories and methods and verify the results in the design and application of electronic devices, devices and systems. P10. Develop technical means for constructing and diagnosing the technical condition of electronic devices and systems, organize and carry out scheduled and unscheduled repairs, adjustments and re-adjustments of electronic equipment in accordance with current production requirements. Р 11. Argue the legal and regulatory framework for the implementation of electronic devices and systems; evaluate the benefits of engineering developments, their environmental friendliness and safety; defend their own worldview and beliefs in production or social activities. P13.Be able to use new knowledge, advanced technologies and innovations, find new non-template solutions and means of their implementation; meet the requirements of flexibility in overcoming obstacles and achieving goals, rational use and regulation of time, discipline, responsibility for their decisions and activities. Р 15. Demonstrate independent and teamwork skills, leadership qualities, organize work under time constraints with an emphasis on professional integrity. Communication: K4. Improvement of personal communication competence based on interpersonal communication skills and abilities based on interpersonal communication skills and abilities, taking into account social, cultural, religious and personal factors. Autonomy and responsibility: AB8. Ability to assess the impact on the environment of anthropogenic factors inherent in the production of electronic devices and appliances.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Physics. Physical foundations of electronic technology. Co-requisites: Microcircuitry. Quantum electronics and laser technology.
Summary of the subject: The program of the study discipline "Metrology, standardization and certification" is concluded for students of the Institute of Telecommunications, Radio Electronics and Electronic Engineering who are studying Electronics. The educational discipline is devoted to the study of scientific, legislative, regulatory, technical and organizational foundations of metrology, standardization, quality management and certification, the study of the structure of electronic devices, methods of measurement and elimination of errors of physical quantities.
Опис: Fundamentals of standardization. Fundamentals of Metrology. Physical quantities. Measuring instruments. Methods of measurement. Analogue electrical measuring instruments. Types of rejection systems. Metrological means for expanding the boundaries of measurement. Electronic analogue electrical-measuring instruments. Quality management. Certification system. International cooperation in the field of metrology. Bar coding.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: performance of practical work, performance of an independent task. Final control: examination control work.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Distribution of points on a 100-point scale. Current control (30 points): laboratory works - 30 points. Examination control – 70 points (written component – 50 points, oral component – 20 points).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
