Learning outcomes: - Know and understand the nature of international relations and regional development, evolution, the state of theoretical studies of international relations and world politics, as well as the nature and sources of state policy in the international arena and the activities of other participants in international relations. - Know and understand the nature and dynamics of international security, understand the features of its provision at the global, regional and national levels, know the nature and approaches to resolving international and international conflicts. - Know the nature of international cooperation, the nature of interaction between international actors, the ratio of state and non-state actors in world politics. - Know the principles, mechanisms and processes of foreign policy, interaction between foreign and domestic policy, definition and implementation in the international arena of national interests, the process of formation and implementation of foreign policy decisions. - Know the nature and mechanisms of international communications. - Know the nature and nature of interactions of individual countries and regions at the global, regional and local levels. - Carry out a description and analysis of the international situation, collect from various sources the necessary information about international and foreign policy events and processes. - Fluently communicate in state and foreign languages at the professional level required for professional discussion, preparation of analytical and research documents. - Have the skills of professional interpretation and translation from / into foreign languages, in particular, on professional topics of international cooperation, foreign policy, international communications, regional studies, bilateral and multilateral international projects. - Conduct a professional discussion on issues of international relations, international communications, regional studies, foreign policy, argue their position, respect opponents and their views.

Summary of the subject: The discipline "State regulation of international cooperation" is an integral part of the cycle of disciplines of "International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies" of the first level of higher education (bachelor's degree), which aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform professional duties. relations in the field of international relations and diplomacy and the practical implementation of international cooperation. The discipline "State regulation of international cooperation" provides students with a holistic view of the theoretical aspects of cooperation of public authorities with states, international organizations, NGOs, TNCs, etc., as well as practical aspects of domestic and foreign experience on the nature and features of this issues in the process of formation of the Ukrainian state. It is noted that international cooperation plays an important role in political activity, in particular in the context of a new policy - decentralization, which is aimed at socio-economic development of the Ukrainian state.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): oral interviews, presentations at seminars, participation in discussions, business games, group classes, case studies, preparation of presentations on a given topic, student projects, essays, participation in discussions. Examination control (60%) - three-level testing.
