Learning outcomes: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Integral competence: The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of international relations, public communication and regional studies, foreign policy activities of states, international interactions between states, international organizations and non-state actors, characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions and involves the application of theories of social sciences and special scientific methods of researching problems of international relations. General competences: • 6 - Ability to generate new ideas (creativity). • 7 - Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations • 8 - Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis • 9 - Ability to use information and communication technologies • 11 - Ability to communicate in a foreign language • 15 - Ability to work both autonomously and in a team . Professional competences: • 1 - Ability to identify signs and trends of development, understand the nature, dynamics, principles of organization of international relations, public communications and/or regional studies • 2 - Ability to analyze international processes in various contexts, including political, security, legal, economic, social, cultural and informational. • 3 - Ability to assess the state and directions of research in international relations and world politics in political, economic, legal sciences, in interdisciplinary studies. • 4 - Ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of international relations, foreign policy of states, public communications, regional research. • 5 - Ability to analyze the influence of the world economy, international law and domestic politics on the structure and dynamics of international relations and the foreign policy of states. • 7 - Ability to analyze international integration processes in the world and on the European continent, and the place of Ukraine in them. • 8 - Awareness of national interests of Ukraine in the international arena. • 9 - The ability to apply knowledge of the characteristics of the development of countries and regions, features and regularities of global processes and the place of individual states in them to solve complex specialized tasks and problems. • 13 - Ability to analyze the activities of international non-state actors and transnational relations. • 15 - Ability to analyze features, development trends, forms, methods and tools of state regulation of regional and cross-border cooperation. • 1.1.- the ability to use theoretical provisions in practice to analyze specific spheres of international relations and trends in their development; • 1.2 - the ability to describe objects and analyze processes and specific situations in the field of international relations and foreign policy through the prism of historical and geopolitical approaches; • 1.3 - the ability to use the acquired knowledge and skills to study the nature, sources and institutions of the foreign policy of states, the peculiarities of their functioning and interactions based on the comparativist method; • 1.5 - the ability to develop approaches to solving problems and tasks in the field of international relations and foreign policy (in particular, international and domestic conflicts); • 1.6 - the ability to analytically perceive the geopolitical dimension of international relations; • 1.7 - understanding the specifics of the latest forms of diplomatic activity. • 2.1 - understanding of regionalism as a trend in the development of modern international relations, knowledge of basic categories, latest theories, concepts of regionalism; • 2.2 - the ability to analyze specific facts, phenomena, processes and forecast trends in the field of interregional and cross-border cooperation; • 2.3 - understanding of modern ethnopolitical processes and their influence on regional and cross-border cooperation of states; 2.3. Learning outcomes in accordance with the educational program, learning and teaching methods, methods of evaluating the achievement of learning outcomes. As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: •03 - To know the nature of international cooperation, the nature of interaction between international actors, the ratio of state and non-state actors in world politics. •04 - Know the principles, mechanisms and processes of ensuring the foreign policy of states, the interaction between foreign and domestic policies, the definition and implementation of national interests of states on the international arena, the process of forming and implementing foreign policy decisions. •06 - Know the nature and nature of interactions of individual countries and regions at the global, regional and local levels. •07 - Carry out a description and analysis of the international situation, collect from various sources the necessary information about international and foreign political events and processes. •08 - Collect, process and analyze large volumes of information about the state of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and other states, regional systems, international communications. •09 - Research the problems of international relations, regional development, foreign policy, international communications, using modern political, economic and legal theories and concepts, scientific methods and interdisciplinary approaches, present research results, provide relevant recommendations. •11 - Carry out an applied analysis of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and other states, international processes and the international situation in accordance with the set goals, prepare informative and analytical documents. •14 - Use modern digital technologies, specialized software, databases and information systems to solve complex specialized problems in the field of international relations, public communications and/or regional studies. •15 - Understand and apply current legislation, international regulatory documents and agreements, reference materials, current standards and technical conditions, etc., to solve complex specialized problems of international relations, public communications and regional studies. •17 - To have the skills of independent determination of educational goals and learning, search for educational resources necessary for their achievement. •20 - To be aware of the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge in accordance with the latest stages of the development of the theory of international relations, the formulation of new political concepts and visions of the development of the international system. •1.3 - Research the nature, sources and institutions of the foreign policy of states, the peculiarities of their functioning and interaction. •1.4 - Research and analyze social, legal, cultural, economic factors that affect the adoption of political decisions at the domestic and international levels. •1.5 - Develop mechanisms for solving current problems and tasks in the field of international relations and foreign policy. •2.2 - Research and analyze certain phenomena and processes in the field of interregional and cross-border cooperation. in addition • -Apply your knowledge and skills to carry out professional activities in the field of foreign policy, diplomacy and public administration; • -Ability for analytical and critical thinking.
