Summary of the subject: Theoretical and methodological principles of formation of the concept of infrastructure. The conceptual apparatus of tourism infrastructure. Functional components and building blocks of tourism infrastructure. The strategy of development of tourism infrastructure and analyzing its competitiveness. The competitiveness of the tourism industry. Methodological principles of land valuation for the purpose of forming the tourism infrastructure. Valuation of real estate as tourism infrastructure. Methods of assessing the quality of infrastructure in the tourism market. Choosing the optimal location of the tourism industry. Evaluation of the economic efficiency of projects to develop tourism infrastructure.
