Learning outcomes: Securing, deepening the theoretical knowledge acquired during classroom and independent study of basic disciplines applying acquired knowledge and skills in practice; business communication skills of tourism industry employees and customers, the study of psychological and ethical features of business communication; understanding of the management and production processes in tourism business; review of manufacturing logistics and organizational and functional structure of management of recreational and travel enterprises study of advertising and information support and communications.

Summary of the subject: Introduction of the Travel Industry constituent documents of the enterprise (charter, state registration certificate, etc.), license certificate. Learning management structure (company), staffing, job descriptions. Analysis of the main activities of the tourism enterprise (company) (forms of travel: individual and group tourism class tourism (domestic, international, foreign) forms of tourism (the targets), geography trips (country, city). The study offers tourist pidpryyemtva (firm ): basic, supportive, strategic and tactical group travel products. Contractual relationships tourism enterprise (company) with partners, tour companies, catering and customer.
