Summary of the subject: The theoretical basis of investment in tourism. Management of real investment at company. Evaluating of the effectiveness of investment projects. Management of investment activity of the company. Investment market of tourist services, assessment and forecasting its development. The investment attractiveness of the tourism industry. Rules of making of investment decisions. Management of the investment program of tourism companies. Investment strategy of tourist business. Methodical toolkit of investment management.
Assessment methods and criteria: - The current control (40%) are workshops, oral interviews and test; - The final control (60%) is exam.
