Learning outcomes: Getting knowledge of communication and interaction between conflict resolution in the formation and implementation of tourism services through modern information, communication and innovative technologies; the ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of design methodologies and upgrading tourist facilities in accordance with the regulations applicable standards and specifications; obtaining adequate knowledge and understandings to successfully organize tourism activities, form and represent the results of professional activity; apply their knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve problems of tourism development using known methods; ability to apply knowledge to solve problems of synthesis and analysis systems that are characteristic of the tourism industry; ability to analyze market trends, conduct market analysis to market for tourism new tourism products; operate efficiently both individually and within a team; combine the theory and practice, and make decisions and develop a strategy to meet the challenges of tourism industry on the basis of human values, social, civil and industrial interests; critically evaluate the results of and to reasonably defend decisions; the ability to use a variety of methods, including modern information technologies to effectively communicate on a professional and social level.

Summary of the subject: Methodology of planning at the enterprise. Production program planning. Marketing research, sales planning and product control. Staff and pay. Price planning of a tourist enterprise
Assessment methods and criteria: - The current control (40%) are workshops, oral interviews, іndividual homework;laboratorywork - The final control (60%) is an exam.
