Learning outcomes: The knowing of typology of the people on various grounds to form effective advertising, providing reasonable advice and optimal service, management of tourist groups and teams in the workplace; crisis management; establishing reliable and constructive relationships with partners.

Summary of the subject: Types of clients of travel agency. Visual psychodiagnostics based on the analysis of posture and gait gestures. Visual psychodiagnostics of temperament and character. Behavior of tourists in the group, their psychodiagnostics and forms of influence. Types of tourists according to objective needs in different forms Recreation. Gender aspects of working with clients. Disabled tourists and providing them with tourist services. Age features of tourists. Types of tourists as consumers. Ethnic types in tourism.
Assessment methods and criteria: • The current control (40%) are workshops; • The final control (60%) is a exam.
