Мета вивчення дисципліни: The course "Architectural constructions" is one of the important sections and plays a significant role in the professional training of students of the basic direction "Architecture and urban planning". The purpose of teaching this discipline is the assimilation of theoretical knowledge by students and the acquisition of initial practical design skills, which are necessary for work in design and scientific -research structures, as well as in general construction and specialized construction organizations.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Integral competence: IR. The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of urban planning and architecture, characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions, based on the application of modern architectural theories and methods, tools of related sciences. General competences (CG): CG01. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity. CG03. Ability to adapt and act in a new situation. CG07. Ability to make informed decisions. Special (professional, subject) competences (SK) SK02. The ability to apply theories, methods and principles of physical and mathematical, natural sciences, computer technologies to solve complex specialized problems of architecture and urban planning. SK04. Ability to comply with legal requirements, building regulations, standards and rules, technical regulations, other normative documents in the fields of urban planning and architecture during the implementation of new construction, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of buildings and structures, creation of a barrier-free architectural and urban planning environment. SK05. Ability to analyze and evaluate natural-climatic, ecological, engineering-technical, socio-demographic and architectural-town planning conditions of architectural design. SK09. The ability to develop architectural-artistic, volume-planning, functional and constructive solutions, as well as execute drawings, prepare documentation of architectural and urban planning projects. SK10. The ability to participate in the preparation of architectural and planning tasks for design, in the organization of the development of architectural and urban planning, architectural and environmental and landscape projects. SK12. Awareness of the peculiarities of the use of various types of structural and engineering systems and networks, their calculations in architectural and urban planning. SK13. The ability to develop architectural and urban planning solutions taking into account safety and sanitary-hygienic, engineering-technical, technical-economic requirements and calculations, requirements for environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, inclusiveness. SK14. Awareness of the peculiarities of the use of modern building materials, products and structures, as well as technologies in the creation of objects of architecture and urban planning. SK15. Ability to perform computer modeling, visualization, layout and preparation of visual illustrative materials for architectural and urban planning projects.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes (PR): PR02. Know the basic principles and principles of architectural and urban planning activities. PR03. PR08. Know the normative base of architectural and urban planning. PR10. Apply modern means and methods of engineering, artistic and computer graphics used in architectural and urban planning. PR14. Choose rational architectural solutions based on the analysis of the effectiveness of constructive, engineering and technical systems, building materials and products, decorative and finishing materials. PR15. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitary and hygienic, engineering and technical, technical and economic requirements and calculations, requirements for environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, inclusiveness in architectural and urban planning. PR18. Know the peculiarities of participation in architectural and urban planning competitive design.

Summary of the subject: The program consists of the following content: general concepts of buildings and structures. Building systems of houses. Structural systems and schemes of houses. Structural elements and components of civil buildings of mass construction. Foundations. Foundations. Vertical enclosing constructions of houses. Horizontal enclosing constructions of houses. Floors. Coating. Translucent fencing of houses. Doors, their purpose and design. Stairs. Houses from large (large) blocks. Houses from three-dimensional blocks. Frameless large-panel houses. Frame and panel houses. Elevator equipment for residential and public buildings. Construction in seismic areas.
Опис: Tasks and content of the course. General provisions and basic concepts about houses and buildings. Construction systems of houses. Material, structural elements and technology of construction of the house. Structural systems and schemes of buildings. The main structural elements of buildings, their meaning and the role they perform. Technical and economic assessment of volume-planning and structural solutions of buildings. The main technical and economic indicators of project solutions. Structural elements and nodes of civilian buildings of mass construction. Foundations. General concepts of foundations and requirements for them. Vertical enclosing structures of buildings. The walls Horizontal enclosing structures of buildings. Overlap Floors. Floor requirements. Constructions of civilian buildings from large-sized elements. Design schemes of buildings and structures. Building elements of sanitary-technical and engineering equipment of buildings. Special issues of architectural and structural design of buildings. Modern industrial methods of construction of houses.
Assessment methods and criteria: The results of the assessment of the level of achievement of learning outcomes include current and semester control of knowledge.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (execution of a detailed section on the wall) - 30 points. Final control (control event, exam) - 70 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.

Summary of the subject: The discipline involves the implementation of students' constructive course project of a single-family house. The project consists of the following drawings: facade, foundation plan, floor plans, floor plan, plan of rafters, section on the house, detailed section on the wall, individual components and details of the combination of structural elements of the house.

Assessment methods and criteria: Execution, presentation and defense of the course project (100%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Execution, presentation and defense of the course project - 100 points. Each component part of the project (drawing plans, facade, sections, etc.) is interconnected and is an integral part of the entire course project. The following indicators are taken into account when evaluating the KP: the correctness of making constructive decisions, the quality of the execution of drawings, the presentation of the project (report), answers to the commission's questions.
