Summary of the subject: Within the framework of the discipline, the basic principles and methods of working with modern software for processing architectural objects based on BIM technologies are studied. The main functional capabilities of such software products for conducting design architectural and urban planning activities are explored. In the laboratory classes, the skills of creating a digital 3D model of the building and issuing a basic set of drawings are practiced.
Опис: 1. Introduction. BIM-based software for architectural design tasks. Block #1. Elaboration of the general plan of the building territory by BIM means. 2. Placement of the house on the plot of land. Applying planning restrictions in accordance with regulatory documents. 3 Tools for creating moodboards. Moodboard No. 1: selection of landscape elements of the general plan of the building. Moodboard No. 2: selection of greening of the site. 4. Construction of a 3D model of the relief and surrounding landscape of the building. 5. General plan of the territory. Modeling landscape elements in 3D using BIM. 6. Creation of a drawing and construction of a 3D model of the general plan of the building. Block #2. Elaboration of the three-dimensional solution of the building by means of BIM. 7. Implementation of floor plans - drawings and 3D plans of the building. Calculation of specifications by means of BIM. 8. Features of the construction of facades and intersections along the building. Roof plan. 9. Development and detailing of the 3D model of the building. Model preparation for visualization in specialized software. 10. Sketch 3D visualization using BIM technologies. 11. Basics of 3D visualization in specialized software (Lumion/Enscape/3Dsmax, etc.) 12. Final lesson: exhibition and discussion of completed works.
Assessment methods and criteria: Each stage of work is evaluated separately. Semester grade is the sum of all grades received during the semester. At the end of the course, the student compiles an album of completed graphic tasks during the semester. 1 file - an album of drawings in accordance with the requirements in *.pdf format (compressed to a size of 5 mb in accordance with the VNS limitations) is uploaded to the VNS for assessment. In the last lesson, the graphic work is defended and discussed.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Each of the 10 graphic tasks is valued at 10 points. Total - 100 points per discipline. Task of block #1. Elaboration of the general plan of the building territory by BIM means. Graphic work 1: Moodboard No. 1: selection of landscape elements of the general plan of the building. Moodboard No. 2: selection of greening of the site. Recommended elements of moodboard No. 1: • fence and gate; • paths (different types of cobblestones); • landscape lighting (lighting of the house, trees, landscape lights and garlands); • grill area and patio or lounge area; • swimming pool; • guest house. Recommended elements of moodboard #2: • A: trees; • B: bushes; • C: decorative grass, flowers. Evaluation criteria: compliance with the features of the design area, the number of objects, the culture of graphic presentation. Graphic work 2: Layout of the house on the plot of land M 1:500 The student must find and write next to the drawing the relevant requirements and planning restrictions from regulatory documents, in particular: • retreat to the red line; • concessions to engineering networks (electricity, water, gas); • width of sidewalks; • width of roads; • setbacks to neighbors; • setback from the walls to the boundaries of the site; • setbacks to green spaces; • cesspools; • setback from the road to the house; • setbacks to the trees from the boundaries of the site.
