Required prior and related subjects: Previous Academic Disciplines: - Fundamentals of health and safety; -Discipline for choice; -Discipline of choice; Related and Further Academic Disciplines: - Theory and methodology in the design of the subject environment - Theory and methodology in the design of visual communications - Discipline to choose from - Marketing and management in design design - Execution of bachelor's qualification work
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Practice on the topic of bachelor's qualification work" is a mandatory stage of completion of the full course of study for applicants for education of the Department of DOA of the IARD Institute, specialty 022 "Design". For the successful completion of the internship, the applicant is obliged to find a production base that corresponds to a certain specialization and topic of the thesis, to submit and conclude an agreement with the selected enterprise in advance to issue the relevant orders at the department. In case of untimely conclusion of the agreement with the enterprise, the student is obliged to undergo pre-diploma practice on the individual recommendations of the supervisor assigned to the group from the educational institution, institute or department. Practice on the topic of the bachelor's qualification work is associated with gaining practical experience in a specialized company (enterprise) in the chosen direction in accordance with the specialization and topic of the bachelor's work. Since the discipline "Practice on the topic of the bachelor's qualification work" is a compulsory subject for applicants for education in the basic direction 022 "Design", the student must pass this practice and provide the relevant materials for credit. The segment "Individual Task" is included in the program in order to acquire the skills and abilities of independent solution of production, scientific or organizational tasks by students during the practice, in particular the implementation of one or more individual tasks in the absence of a student contract with the enterprise. The supervisor of the internship from the university provides the student with tasks on the basis of the department, university in the context of the study area, specialization and topic of the bachelor's thesis. Such tasks activate the activities of students, enrich their worldview, increase their initiative and make the internship more constructive and purposeful. The results of the work obtained by the student during the individual assignment can be used in the diploma project, for the preparation of a report, publication of an article or for other purposes in agreement with the department, university and practice base.
Опис: Acquaintance with the material and production base of internship on the topic of bachelor's qualification work Obtaining and formulating a design and design task at the place of internship. Selection of analytical base and sources. Familiarization with the purpose, tasks, technical parameters and means of real work performance Development of a design proposal according to the chosen topic Selection of the concept and ways of interpreting the style in interior design and subject content, or in graphic identity, etc., search for structural identifiers in design Presentation and discussion of sketchbooks: research and design proposals for interior design or graphic identity Current control: - delivery of a visual presentation of the completed design task; - preparation of documentation "Form report" of internship at the enterprise
Assessment methods and criteria: Control of the level of knowledge of students is carried out by checking independent work in the workplace in the form of a final semester test. The sum of all points received is the grade of the differentiated test. Credit is a mandatory form of final semester control, which allows you to systematically assess the level of mastering the discipline "Practice on the topic of bachelor's qualification work". The final grade in points is not set "automatically".
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: According to the results of the full scope of the practice task, the applicant for education can receive a maximum of "100" points on a 100-point scale of the University. Determination of the level of knowledge and technical erudition is carried out by the following control methods: control of independent work (visual presentation of the work performed at the enterprise), documentation: "Form-report on the internship on the topic of bachelor's qualification work". Distribution of points on a 100-point scale Current control (PC) Total for the discipline 1.Individual project task: delivery of a visual presentation of the work done at the enterprise 70 2.Form-report on the internship 20 100 3.Protection of work 10 When evaluating tasks, the completeness, logic, consistency, validity of all provisions of the task are taken into account: - formulate design tasks; - to make a perspective plan and stages of implementation of the project part of the bachelor's diploma; - use modern methods of scientific research, modify them based on the tasks of a particular study and technical specifications; - process the obtained theoretical and practical data on the production base, analyze, compare and synthesize them in the direction of diploma design; - to draw up the results of practical work in accordance with modern requirements and recommendations for the implementation of diploma design projects. The applicant for education receives the sum of points, which is the basis for setting the final scores and grades on the national scale and the scale of the ECTS on a differentiated test in the discipline. Thus, the summation of the results of the general semester control makes it possible to obtain the final number of points that the student receives for passing the discipline "Practice on the topic of bachelor's qualification work". 100-88 points - grade "A" ("excellent") is assigned if the applicant demonstrates a high level of knowledge of theoretical material in a given volume, the required level of skills, correctly and reasonably makes the necessary decisions in various non-standard situations, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answers the questions posed, and is able to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-80 points - grade B ("very good") is assigned for knowledge of the module's educational material above the average level, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed (some inaccuracies are possible), the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 79-71 points - grade C ("good") is assigned for the generally correct understanding of the educational material by the student, including reasoned answers to the questions (certain (insignificant) shortcomings are possible), mastering the basic theoretical material and the ability to use knowledge to solve standard problems. 70-61 points - grade D ("mediocre") is assigned for mediocre knowledge of the module material, poorly reasoned answers, weak application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems, and the transformation of skills in new conditions causes some difficulties. 60-50 points - grade E ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the module material, inaccurate or unreasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical knowledge in practice, which, however, is not an obstacle to further study; 49-26 points - grade FX ("unsatisfactory" with the possibility of re-credit) is assigned for ignorance of the main part of the module's educational material, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points grade F ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study of the module) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the module material, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the component's educational material contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is assigned for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of repeating the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate while solving practical problems, ignorance of the basic fundamental provisions.
