Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes: knowledge of the basic methods and conditions of cultivation of cells and tissues of plants in laminar boxing, ability to apply features of cultivation of callus cultures, methods of microclonal propagation of plants, special conditions of storage of plant material; possession: methods of sterilization during work with culture of isolated cells and plant tissues; methods of growing isolated plant cells and tissues; methods of preparation of nutrient media for the cultivation of isolated plant cells and tissues and for microclonal studies; the ability to analyze the results, to determine the dependence of the functional state of the cell on the application of the features of the cultivation of callus cultures, methods of microclonal propagation of plants, special storage conditions of plant material; operate with biotechnological terminology; use the acquired knowledge of biotechnology of technical plants as a basis for further study of other disciplines.

Cellular technologies for the production of secondary metabolites of industrial plants. Regeneration of plants from callus tissues. Organogenesis. Embryogenesis. Fundamentals of microclonal plant propagation in vitro
