Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes 1. Knowledge of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of management, in particular the essence of such concepts as "management", "process", "management", "enterprise and organization", "management functions", "management methods", "management decision", " leadership ", etc .; 2. Knowledge of the features of management processes in the organization, their interaction within the organization and the relationship with the changing environment. 3. Ability to determine the necessary management actions to achieve goals, plan management processes. 4. Ability to build an organizational structure of management or to analyze its compliance with the real situation, to create an appropriate system of control and self-control. 5. Knowledge and ability to choose forms and systems of remuneration in order to have the best motivational influence for different officials and categories of employees, evaluate the effectiveness of their work, have a general atmosphere of the team. 6. Knowledge of the main stages of the process of making a rational management decision 7. Ability to choose and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership style in the organization. 8. Ability to prove and disprove, to draw the right conclusions, to justify decisions, to conduct a discussion correctly, to behave logically correctly in polemics, etc. The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK9. To be able to analyze the processes of state and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations. PRN 22. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in new situations, in working with new objects and in uncertain conditions. PRN 2.2. Demonstrate the ability to adapt personnel management methods to the forecasted operating conditions of enterprises, organizations, and institutions. KOM 1.
