Summary of the subject: Theoretical bases of formation of business models of the enterprises Classification of business models of enterprises Technology of forming a business model of the enterprise The essence and functions of business planning Tools and modern methods of business planning The main business processes of the enterprise Development and implementation mechanism of the business model at the enterprise Key competencies in the system of business processes of the enterprise The influence of consumer interests and strategic resources on the formation of business models of enterprises Life cycle management of the business model of the enterprise The essence of the business potential of the enterprise Evaluation of the effectiveness of business planning and business model of the enterprise Diagnosis of the external environment in the process of forming a business model of the enterprise Formation and development of business models of domestic and foreign companies
Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of knowledge in the process of current and semester control. Current control (50 points): - assessment of students' knowledge on the results of ongoing work; - assessment of student knowledge based on the results of individual control work; Semester control (50 ball) - assessment of students' knowledge based on the score (written and oral component)
