Learning outcomes: As a result, the discipline, the specialist must know: - Theoretical foundations of social policy across the country, and industry specific enterprise (organization); - Legislation on issues of industrial relations at the enterprise; - The general concept of living standards and social security of workers in a market economy in Ukraine and abroad; Prepared specialist should be able to: - Determine productivity, expect reserves of productivity growth in the company (the organization); plan and calculate the basic socio-economic indicators of the company; predict the main socio-economic indicators in order to manage them; identify and use best practices to ensure the proper level of social security and advanced methods of his organization in Ukraine and abroad; - Be aware of: social policy at the enterprise, employment legislation in the field of industrial relations, general principles of social protection in market conditions; International Labour Organization are its main Convention; labor as the basis of society and the most important factor of production; status and workforce development in Ukraine, current trends in their efficient use; International experience of regulation of social and labor relations and more. The formation of discipline competences, that is carried out during classes in order to consolidate the knowledge and competencies required of independent work of the student.

Summary of the subject: The aim of the course "Corporate business responsibility" is determined by the functions performed by the social policy of the enterprise in the economic sciences, in particular: - The possession of skills towards the evaluation criteria of company’s personnel management; - The possession of knowledge about drawing up the labour contract; -The calculation of productivity in the enterprise; - The determining factors of industrial relations that shape the level and variation of the development of social phenomena and assessing their impact strength; - The use of national accounts during the calculation of statistical indicators of social and labour sphere; - The enterprise social program drawing; - The assessment of living standards, its changes under the influence of some factors of industrial relations and forecasting development.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods and criterias of evaluation - current control (20%): homework, oral componeny - final control (80%, exam): tests (60%), oral questions (20%)
