Learning outcomes: Ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems that are characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions in the field of management or in the process of learning that involves social and behavioral sciences theories and methods application. GC 1. Ability to exercise their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to realize the values of civil (democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, the rule of law, human and civil rights, and freedoms in Ukraine. GC 3. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis, synthesis. GC 4. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations GC 6. Ability to communicate in the state language both orally and in writing. PC 5. Ability to manage the organization and its departments through the implementation of management functions. PC 7. Ability to choose and use modern management tools. PC 8. Ability to plan organizational activities and manage time. PCO 1.1. Ability to organize the management of the organization process with the alternative strategic directions of its development formation. PCO 1.2. Ability to apply the necessary knowledge to work at the lower level of management in linear and functional units of organizations, having different ownership forms and organizational-legal forms, as well as working with state authorities, local governments. PCO 3.1. Deep knowledge in the management of innovations: the possession of modern management methods to research features of the market mechanism, using methodological methods of determining the effectiveness of management due to software, modern information systems, and technologies in the management of innovations. PCO 3.2. Ability to formulate and justify long-term innovation policy for the management of organizations of the tourist and recreational sphere based on forecasting the market situation of innovative tourist and recreational services.
Required prior and related subjects: prerequisites: Labor economics and social and labor relations. Methodology and organization of scientific research. co-requisite: Labor potential management. Personnel record keeping with the use of information and computer systems.
Summary of the subject: theoretical principles of labor statistics; statistical observation; formation of an aggregate system of labor statistics indicators; recommended systems of indicators of labor statistics; requirements relating to labor statistics; labor statistics; main indicators of labor statistics; statistics on the size, composition and movement of the workforce; assessment of the availability of enterprises by the labor force; working time statistics; indicators of working time; indicators of variability, continuity, integral indicator of job loading; statistical methods for identifying reserves for improving labor use; workplace statistics; labor productivity statistics; measuring the level of labor productivity; analysis of the dynamics of labor productivity; wage statistics; composition of labor costs.
Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control: oral inquiry, test (30%); • Resulting control (70%). control measure: (exam) testing, oral component.
