Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - the concepts and categories foundations of the theory and practice of motivational management; - motivation techniques; - principles of assessment of employees. Students are expected to acquire following skills: - use basic tools of motivation of employees at various levels of management of the organization; - form correct approaches to individual and collective motivation of employees, - make qualimetric evaluation of managers; - form a strategy of career development of staff. - design compensation packages on practice.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: HR management, Corporate culture. Corrections: Final qualification examination, Bachelor thesis related practice, Bachelor thesis defence.
Summary of the subject: The modern theory and practice of staff motivation. Types and methods of motivation, nonmaterial motivation. Personnel assessment as part of the motivational process. Qualimetric personnel evaluation methods. Corporate culture and staff motivation.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): individual written practical exercises, preparation and presentation of thematic projects, interviews. Final exam (60%): test and the oral component.
