Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - subject and tasks of the discipline "Management of intellectual-knowledge assets"; - the basic theoretical principles and principles of the process of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - object and subject of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - functions and methods of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - classification of factors of influence of internal and external environment on the process of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - toolkit for modelling the processes of growth of personal and team intellectual and know-how assets in the enterprise management system; - elemental and structural model of transformation of intellectual-knowledge assets of enterprises . Students are expected to acquire following skills: - to define the mission and goals of the management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - to form a subsystem of management of intellectual-knowledge assets in the enterprise management system; - to plan the resources necessary for implementation of the process of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - to identify interactions and interactions with other processes in the enterprise; - to regulate the processes and develop the accompanying documentation during the management; - to define systems of indicators of efficiency of implementation of the process of management of intellectual-knowledge assets; - to develop schedules of control measures; - to analyze deviations of indicators from the planned level in the process of managing intellectual-knowledge assets; - to formulate system of measures for the further improvement of the management of intellectual-knowledge assets.

Corrections: Regulation of employment in the national economy. Motivation of staff. Intellectualization of the economy. Methodology and organization of scientific research in economics.
Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Management of intellectual-knowledge Assets" aims to form specialists in the systemic knowledge in the field of intellectual resources management, intellectual potential, intellectual capital, intellectual property, talent. The essence of management is the development, motivation and use of intellectual-knowledge assets in order to achieve the goals and mission of the organization. Ability to disclose and use the personal intellectual potential of staff at different positions in the management hierarchy, develop initiative and leadership skills. Within the discipline are considered the intellectual abilities of employees, the reasons for their disclosure, contributing to the success of the organization. It is proposed to study the economic-proprietary policy in the system of management of intellectual-knowledge assets of the organization. Approaches to realization of intellectual and knowledge assets of organization in the context of synergistic effects are considered. The discipline provides an opportunity to: understand the scientific and theoretical foundations of the formation and use of intellectual-knowledge assets (laws, laws, principles, mechanisms, models, etc.); demonstrate the ability to reveal the essence of the motivation of intellectual activity; use of intellectual-knowledge assets; have an idea of the effectiveness of using intelligent-knowledge assets. The discipline program promotes: the development of intellectual initiative for the successful implementation of the functions of professional activity and self-development; development of a culture of management; teaches the independent finding of the optimal ways to achieve life goals and the ability to overcome difficult life situations. The discipline is intended for future specialists in management, human resources management in the field of entrepreneurship and public administration and local self-government and all stakeholders in the management of intellectual and knowledge assets..
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): solving analytical tasks, oral questioning, tests. Final control (60%, control measures, exam): testing (15%), theoretical questions (15%), problem-searching and diagnostic tasks (30%).
