Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following skills: - to solve problems creatively in construction of the effective system of HR-management; - to use basic elements of corporate culture at different levels of management of the organization; - to form the idea of a strong corporate culture as an innovative technology of management; - to develop corporate codes practically.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Labor economics and social-labor relations, Personnel Motivation. Introduction to speciality: HR management and labor economics. Corrections: Final qualification examination, Bachelor thesis related practice, Bachelor thesis defence.
Summary of the subject: The principles of corporate culture and evaluation of its manifestations. External Attributes of Corporate Culture. Program of Corporate Culture Development. Corporate Culture Qualimetry. Corporate Code’s Structure.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): individual written practical exercises, preparation and presentation of thematic projects, interviews. Final exam (60%): test and the oral component.

Learning outcomes: - in-depth knowledge and understanding of fundamental economic theory and practice, the latest trends in economic development and management; - knowledge and understanding of methodology and tools of scientific research, modern problems of society development, key principles of professional ethics, system of moral and cultural values; knowledge of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of corporate culture; - ability to highlight specific features of different types of corporate culture; - ability to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate culture; -ability to choose the optimal strategies for the formation and development of corporate culture; - ability to use knowledge in the process of forming Codes of corporate culture

Summary of the subject: The course presents the framework of modern approaches and methods of forming the corporate culture of organizations. The role and place of corporate culture in the management system is highlighted. The main types of corporate cultures and modern mechanisms of their use in the context of the latest practices of human resource management are considered. The technological aspects of the formation and development of corporate culture and methodological approaches to assessing the corporate culture of organizations are highlighted.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (45%): individual written practical exercises, preparation and presentation of thematic projects, interviews. Examination control (55%): assessment of written and oral components.
