Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - knowledge of theoretical and applied provisions regarding the conduct of business activities in modern market conditions; - knowledge of the peculiarities of entrepreneurship in IT; - knowledge of the legal framework regarding state registration of the enterprise, taxation systems in the field of IT; - knowledge of the basics of intellectual property as a key component of an IT product: principles of protection and economic evaluation; - knowledge of approaches to commercialization of an IT product; - knowledge of theoretical and applied principles of business planning in IT; - the ability to implement models of creative thinking in IT; - the ability to assess the readiness of an IT product for commercialization; - the ability to economically justify scenarios for the competitive development of IT business.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline is aimed at the formation and deepening of students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship and business project management using IT in modern business conditions. The discipline involves the study of system characteristics of competitive business development, the use of IT tools for the purpose of substantiating business projects.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Assessment of knowledge in practical classes: a selective oral survey at the beginning of a practical class; participation in discussions on problematic issues within the discipline; - assessment of the level of execution and defense of the control work (validity of hypotheses, originality and novelty of the work, correctness of calculations, correctness of conclusions and recommendations, completeness and conciseness of the answer during the defense of the work); - evaluation of final control testing.
