Learning outcomes: Learning outcomes: • know and understand: the nature of the following concepts "management", "administration", "organization", "process management", "management functions", "management methods", "administrative decision", "leadership", etc., especially the management processes in the organization, their interaction inside the organization and relationship with the variable environment, stages of management process, main stages of rational management decisions making, forms of authority and leadership styles; • be able to: determine the necessary management actions to reach goals, plan management processes. Build organizational management structure or analyze its compliance with the actual situation. Choose forms and pay system for best motivational influence for different categories of officers and employees, create a proper system of control and self-control, use common methods to optimize management decisions. Select and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership style in an organization, make the right conclusions and justify the decision. The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK4. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK5. Ability to communicate in the national language both orally and in writing. ZK7. Skills in using information and communication technologies. ZK8. Ability to apply computer technologies and data processing software to solve economic problems, analyze information and prepare analytical reports. SK10. The ability to use modern sources of economic, social, management, accounting information for the preparation of official documents and analytical reports. SK11. The ability to justify economic decisions based on an understanding of the regularities of economic systems and processes and using modern methodological tools. Professional professional competencies: PRN 5. Apply analytical and methodical tools for justifying proposals and making management decisions by various economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and state authorities). PRN 6. Use professional argumentation to convey information, ideas, problems and methods of solving them to specialists and non-specialists in the field of economic activity. PRN 12. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and meaningfully interpret the obtained results. PRN 13. Identify sources and understand the methodology of determining and methods of obtaining socio-economic data, collect and analyze the necessary information, calculate economic and social indicators. Use information and communication technologies to solve social and economic problems, prepare and present analytical reports. PRN 22. Summary of the subject: General description of the organization. Formation of the enterprise management functions: planning; organize; motivation; control; regulation. Use of management methods in the organization. Mechanisms for organization decision-making developing. Enterprise communications design. Mechanisms of employees groups control formation in the organization. Proposals for improve management development. Measuring management systems performance.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Implementation course work (80%); - Protection of course work in the form of an oral survey (20%).
