Learning outcomes: • Apply analytical and methodical tools for substantiating proposals and management decisions are different economic agents (individuals, households, enterprises and bodies state authorities). • Perform interdisciplinary analysis socio-economic phenomena and problems in one or several professional areas, taking into account the risks and possible socio-economic consequences. • Use information and communication technologies to solve socio-economic tasks, training and presentation of analytical reports. • Show the skills of independent work, demonstrate critical, creative, self-critical thinking. • Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and consciously based on ethical principles, value and respect cultural diversity, individual differences of people. • Demonstrate the ability to develop investment projects and substantiate management projects solutions in the field of innovation and investment activities enterprises. • Providing information to specialists and non-specialists, ideas, problems, solutions and own experience in the industry professional activity. • Ability to effectively form communication strategy • Responsibility for professional development individuals and/or groups of individuals, ability to further learning with a high level of autonomy

Summary of the subject: Theoretical and methodological principles of project management. Project management system. System integration in projects. Processes, objects and functions of project management. Justification of the feasibility of the project, assessment of its viability and efficiency. Project planning. Bids, tenders, contracts. Project implementation control. Change management. Project team management.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of student learning results takes place during the course control measures during the study of the academic discipline by passing testing at the National Security Service, oral examination at practical classes, performance of laboratory tests works, calculation work, creative task. The exam consists of: a written description theoretical question, test tasks and solving problems of 2 levels of difficulty and oral components.• written reports on laboratory work (15%), calculation work according to an individual task (15%), presentation of the results of creative (project) work (15%) • final control (exam): written and oral form (55%)
