Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges:
- the economic basis of functioning of enterprises in the conditions of market;
- factors that influence on efficiency of enterprises activity;
- economic content of resources, structure and form of resource providing;
- ways of more rational use of resources: progressive methods of planning forms of organization of production;
- estimation indexes of effectiveness of activity;
- the strategy of cooperation of enterprises with the markets of labour resources;
- forms and systems to attract workforce to the enterprise the influence of effective management of labor resources on labour productivity growth, formation and use of income of enterprise;
- productivity;
- ways and methods of increase of efficiency of the use of labour resources, increase of cost of human capital.
Students are expected to acquire following skills:
- to apply the methods and techniques of management with the aim of effective use of labour resources the enterprise;
- to determine the enterprise needs for the workforce;
- to apply the methods of efficient use of labour resources of the enterprise in order to increase productivity and profitability.
