Learning outcomes: As a result of study of discipline, a specialist must know: Scientifically-organizational methods of providing of interchangeability, metrology providing of mea-suring and control, scientifically-methodical bases of standardization, methods of ground of choice of technical requirements are to exactness; technique and economic pre-conditions of construction and use of the single system of admittances and landings, application of methods of the technical measuring, bases of standardization and quality management of products. The specialist must be able: to expect and ground requirements to exactness of basic typical connections and their component parts (smooth cylindrical, connections of the key threaded,, and others like that), to analyses and estimate influence of the appointed admittances on the quality indexes of good and his parts, correctly to ap-point the parameters of exactness, correctly to design the draft of details and knots in relation to the basic norms of interchangeability, to choose methods and controls, to own principles of analysis of the systems and decide basic tasks from the management of quality of products.
Required prior and related subjects: Previous disciplines: operational materials; theory of machines and mechanisms; machine parts and lifting and transport equipment. Concomitant disciplines: technical operation of cars; automobile engines; performance of bachelor's work.

A value of interchangeability, standardization and technical measuring is for modern development of engineer. Historical notes. Sizes and connections are in an engineer. Principle of superior , rows of superior numbers. Classification of sizes and rejections. Admittances of sizes, landing. Classification and description of landings. Interchangeability, standardization, methods and controls of smooth cylindrical connections. Single system of admittances and landings, ії signs and construction. Setting, calculation and choice of landings is depending on external of wares environments. Methods and controls of smooth cylindrical details. Calibers are smooth their calculation and constructions. Parameters of exactness of making of details. Setting of norms, methods and controls of rejections of geometrical parameters of details. Stream control is 20 points. An examination estimation is 80 points. A general estimation is 100 points.
