Learning outcomes: 1. Knowledge of the role and place of branded car service in the car service system. 2. Knowledge of basic information about the European and American forms of organization of authorized car service. 3. Knowledge of classification and the main subjects of branded service. 4. Knowledge of the basic laws of development and components of the dealer network. 5. Knowledge of basic information about the organization of the dealer, including work with customers. 6. Knowledge of the basic principles of the organization of warranty service and repair at dealerships. Basic knowledge of the structure of road transport enterprises, basics of forwarding work, theory and safety of car traffic. Knowledge and skills in implementing new technologies to perform a set of works on car maintenance and repair. Knowledge of modern achievements and innovative technologies in the field of transport. Have the basics of car production and repair technology. Knowledge of the basics of car service and technological equipment of road transport enterprises. Have the rules of repair and maintenance work on road transport. Be able to analyze the demand for services in the field of car service and the level of their satisfaction based on the criteria of economic efficiency of the service station. Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English, German, Italian, French, Spanish). Ability to use a variety of methods, including modern information technology, for effective communication at the professional and social levels. Ability to treat the work responsibly, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject: The role and place of branded car service in the car service system. Network car service (with a brief description of the network of universal service stations Bosch Car Servis). European and American forms of organization of authorized car service. Subjects of branded service. Characteristics of dealerships. Organization of warranty service and repair at dealerships.
