Learning outcomes: • Knowledge of the structure and current trends in the development of electronic and electrical systems of cars.
• Knowledge of the structure, principle of operation and characteristics of the automotive power supply system.
• Knowledge of the structure, principle of operation and characteristics of the ignition system of the internal combustion engine.
• Knowledge of the structure, principle of operation and characteristics of the ICE start-up system.
• Knowledge of the structure and principle of operation of lighting, light and sound alarm systems.
• Knowledge of the structure and principle of operation of additional and switching equipment.
• Ability to identify faults in electronic and electrical systems of cars, analyze the causes of their occurrence and develop recommendations for their elimination.
• Knowledge of car structure, power units, electronic and electrical equipment.
• Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English, German, Italian, French, Spanish.
• Ability to use a variety of methods, including modern information technology, to communicate effectively at the professional and social levels.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions.

General chemistry.
Diagnosis of electronic and electrical equipment of cars.
Electronics and microprocessor technology.
Repair of electronic and electrical equipment of cars.
Summary of the subject: Electrical and electronic vehicle systems: power, ignition, starting, lighting, light and sound alarm, information, and diagnosis, management.
Assessment methods and criteria: • current control (30%): written reports on laboratory work (20%), practical work (10%).
• final control (70%, exam): testing (60%), oral component (10%).
