Learning outcomes: PH1 (CH1). Basic knowledge of the structure of road transport enterprises, the basics of freight forwarding, theory and safety of car traffic; ЗН4. Knowledge of the basics of technical operation and maintenance of cars; ЗН6. Knowledge and skills in implementing new technologies for a set of works on car maintenance and repair; ЗН22. Knowledge of the basics of car service and technological equipment of road transport enterprises; PH2 (UM 1). Skills applied acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve problems of road transport; УМ22. Be able to analyze the demand for services in the field of car service and the level of their satisfaction based on the criteria of economic efficiency of the service station. PH3 (COM 1). Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English, German, Italian, French, Spanish); PH4 (COM 2). Ability to use a variety of methods, including modern information technology, for effective communication at the professional and social levels; PH5 (AiB1). Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions;

Assessment methods and criteria: • Current control (30%) perform tasks and individual tasks. • Final control (70% of exam).
