Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of the training program, practical training on the theme of the bachelor qualification work and defense of bachelor qualification work.
Characteristics of the educational program: Educational and professional program have six practical lines:
- Management of Organizations and Administration (by Economic Activities);
- Management of Innovative Activities in Tourism and Recreation;
- Foreign Economic Activities Management;
- Customs Management Activities;
- Human Resources Management and Administration;
- Logistics.
Gained competence: • To know their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to understand the values of civil society, the rule of law, human and civil rights, and freedoms in Ukraine.
• Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods, and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership.
• Describe the content of the functional areas of the organization.
• Apply management methods to ensure the effectiveness of the organization’s activity.
• Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find ways to neutralize it.
• Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge in the field of strategic, operational, innovation, anticrisis, financial, investment, anticipatory, creative management of organizations and their departments.
• Basic knowledge for the implementation of innovative activities in the linear and functional units of organizations of tourism and recreation of various forms of ownership and organizational - legal forms, in public authorities, local governments.
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the processes of international economic operations, their organizational, financial, resource, legal, logistical, customs, transport, forwarding, insurance, management support.
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the processes of international cooperation and business, integration and globalization, factors and parameters of the modern international economic environment, management systems of international economic and customs activities.
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the analysis of the administrative, informational and motivational characteristics of staff activities system.
• Knowledge of logistics management: mastery of modern methods of the system of material flows managing, methods of determining the effectiveness of the logistics using modern IT technologies, methods of increasing the enterprise's competitiveness through logistics competencies.
• Preserve moral, cultural, scientific values and increase the achievements of society, use different types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle.
• Demonstrate skills to identify problems and justify management decisions.
• Assess the legal, social, and economic consequences of the organization.
• Communicate orally and in writing in state and foreign languages.
• Identify skills of search, collection, and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions.
• Demonstrate organizational design skills.
• Demonstrate skills of interaction, leadership, teamwork.
• Have the skills to justify effective tools to motivate the organization’s staff.
• Demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization.

• Demonstrate skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, be critical and self-critical.
• Perform research individually and/or in a group under the guidance of a leader.
• Ability to plan various activities, build organizational structures for the management of organizations and departments, use effective systems of employee motivation and remuneration, ensure effective quality control and management processes regulation.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the external environment, analyze the market situation of tourist and recreational innovative products, make optimal management decisions in the field of tourism and recreational activities, provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of management.
• Ability to research foreign markets, to form technologies of international economic operations, conclude and execute agreements with foreign counterparties, to develop international projects.
• Ability to substantiate, diagnose and implement various types of international economic activity, ensure customs clearance, and declaration of goods.
• Ability to develop and implement personnel policy, to ensure the purposeful development of the organization's staff.
• Ability to optimize inventory management system, transport and warehousing, supply-marketing and production systems, identify and eliminate "bottlenecks" in logistics systems.
• Deliver information, ideas, problems, solutions, and personal experience in the area of professional activity to experts and non-experts.
• Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively.
