Learning outcomes: • Demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization; • Communicate orally and in writing in state and foreign languages; • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the external environment, analyze the market situation of tourist and recreational innovative products, make optimal management decisions in the field of tourism and recreational activities, provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of management; • Deliver information, ideas, problems, solutions, and personal experience in the area of professional activity to experts and non-experts. • Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Management innovative activity. Co-requisites: Acceptance of administrative decisions, Information-communication management (СP).
Summary of the subject: Information society and economy. Information and communication technologies. Formation of a communication environment in the audience. Management information system and its structure. Functional structure of information system in industrial enterprise. Development of management information systems. Marketing information systems. Logistics information systems. Corporate information systems. Life cycles of information system development. Artificial intelligence systems. Organizing e-business on the Internet. Security of information and communication systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): • performance and protection of laboratory works (60%); • execution and protection of individual control work (20%); • control testing (20%).

Learning outcomes: 1. Identify skills of search, collection, and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions. 2. Demonstrate skills of situation analysis and communication in various areas of the organization. 3. Communicate orally and in writing in state and foreign languages. 4. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the external environment, analyze the market situation of tourist and recreational innovative products, make optimal management decisions in the field of tourism and recreational activities, provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of management. 5. Deliver information, ideas, problems, solutions, and personal experience in the area of professional activity to experts and non-experts. 6. Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Information and communication management, Operations Management (CW).
Summary of the subject: Introduction: a brief analysis of the organization, the areas of its activities covered by the use of new information and communication technologies, the relevance of the introduction of new information and communication technologies in the organization, a list of key activities and expected results from the project. Section I. Project description: project description of introduction of new information and communication technology, its main technical and technological characteristics, target functions of its use, necessary resources for implementation, main stages of project planning and implementation. Section II. Economic justification of the project: calculation of the main indicators of project efficiency based on the method of discounted flows, conclusions. Conclusions (final presentation of project results).
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): meaningful execution of sections - 60 %; registration of work - 10 %; oral defense of work and project presentation -30 %.
