Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and socially consciously based on ethical considerations (motives), respect for diversity, and interculturalism. 4. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with the external environment, analyze the market situation of tourist and recreational innovative products, make optimal management decisions in the field of tourism and recreational activities, provide documentary support and effective implementation at all levels of management. 5. Deliver information, ideas, problems, solutions, and personal experience in the area of professional activity to experts and non-experts. 6. Ability to form the communicative strategy effectively.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Business process planning of tourist and recreational organizations (CW), Fundamentals of inventory and design thinking. Co-requisites: Event management (CW).
Summary of the subject: Introduction: a brief analysis of the tourism organization, the main channels of communication in its activities, which covers the use of new information and communication technologies, the relevance of new information and communication technologies in the organization, a list of key activities and expected results from the project. Section I. Project description: description of the communication improvement project based on the introduction of new information and communication technology, expected benefits from the project implementation, communication targets of the organization, necessary resources for implementation, main stages of project planning and implementation. Section II. Economic substantiation of the project: calculation of the main indicators of efficiency of the project of improvement of communications on the basis of a method of the discounted streams, conclusions. Conclusions (final presentation of project results).
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): meaningful execution of sections - 60 %; registration of work - 10 %; oral defense of work and project presentation -30 %.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (100): performance and protection of laboratory works (60%); execution and protection of individual control work (20%); control testing (20%).
