Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the module, the student should know: - subject and tasks of the discipline "Psychology in Management"; - basic theoretical principles of psychology in management; - theoretical and practical skills of using psychological approaches to effective management; - the composition and structure of the individual, its relationship with the management system in the organization; - basics of emotional intelligence; - need-motivational subsystem; - socio-psychological sphere of personality As a result of studying the module, the student should be able to: - classify the needs of employees, identify motives and goals of their activities; - to connect the emotions and feelings of employees with the factors influencing them; - apply psychological approaches to work with conflicts in the organization; - identify and determine the level of emotional and professional burnout of employees; - manage the process of socialization and adaptation of the employee; - maintain group dynamics; - to form an effective system of communication in the organization in terms of psychology.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Psychology in Management" aims to form competencies in personnel management, where each employee is treated as the principal value of the organization. The field presents the basics of modern approaches and principles of psychology in management, considers the employee as a whole person with emotions, feelings, natural reactions to various environmental stimuli, and more. The discipline aims to form in future managers a clear understanding of the importance of psychology in managing the organization in general and staff in particular. The course is designed for future professionals in management, human resource management, public administration, civil servants, and all stakeholders using psychology tools for effective leadership.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): solving analytical tasks, oral interviews, tests. Absolute control (60%, control measures, exam): testing (15%), theoretical questions (15%), problem-solving and diagnostic tasks (30%).
