Learning outcomes: Students are expected to acquire following knowledges: - identify skills of search, collection and analysis of information, calculation of indicators to justify management decisions; - assess the legal, social and economic consequences of the organization.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: Statistics, Labour Economics, Human Resource Management. Corrections: Practice on the Theme of Bachelor's Thesis, Bachelor Thesis Completion
Summary of the subject: Introduction to HR analytics, HR analysis practices. Statistical methods of working with HR data. Rationale for HR decisions. HR audit and strategy based on analytics, HR reporting. Analytics of recruiting, adaptation and training. Analytics of motivation and engagement, loyalty burnout and stress. Forecasting methods. Analysis of staff turnover. Analytics using external and internal HR research.
Assessment methods and criteria: In class learning (40%): laboratory works. Final exam (60%, exam): Testing, verbal component.
