Summary of the subject: Research of enterprise activity before export-import operations. Common import and export procedures with the EU. Development of export plan. Export plan structure option. Resellers in the management of export-import operations. Methods of entering the foreign market. Prerequisites for successful search for contractors from EU countries. Prerequisites for successful search for contractors from EU countries. Export contract. Import contract. Preparation of the goods for export. Shipment of goods to the EU. Pricing, terms of sale, payment methods for export-import transactions. Tariff quotas in trade with the European Union. Reference bases on taxation and customs regulation in the EU. Legislation and protection of intellectual property rights in the EU. Requirements for CE marking. Trading databases (export-import). Statistical databases on export-import operations in Ukraine and EU countries. EU-wide electronic export tools for small and medium-sized businesses.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (45 points): laboratory work (30 points), practical work (5 points), written solution of tests and tasks in VNS (10 points)
Final control (55 points): written component (35 points), oral component (20 points).
