Завдання: Integral competence - The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the social sphere or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and methods of social work and is characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions.

FC 4. Ability to analyze socio-psychological phenomena, processes of formation, development and socialization of the individual, development of the social group and community.
Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
• Search, analyze and synthesize information from various sources to solve professional and establish causal links between social events and phenomena.
• Identify, formulate and solve problems in the field of social work, integrate theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
• Develop long-term and current plans, programs of events, promptly make effective decisions in difficult situations.
• Analyze socio-psychological processes in small and large groups.
• Define the content of cooperation with social work partner organizations to perform professional tasks.

• Historical and ethical problems of social work.
Summary of the subject: Course "PUBLIC OPINION AND HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT". The purpose of the course is to acquaint students with the results of research in this field, as well as the entire set of theoretical concepts, oriented to their interpretation. Tasks of the discipline: to form students' complex ideas about public opinion; to analyze the formation and current state of the leading theoretical concepts within which the social role of public opinion is understood; familiarize with the laws and mechanisms of formation of public opinion; gain experience in analyzing public opinion in the context of socio-political processes and management decision-making; to form the skills of influencing public opinion from the perspective of a humanistic perspective with the help of correct methods; acquiring knowledge of the problems of communication theory, the peculiarities of the communication system of Ukrainian society, communications with the public, studying the methods of conducting research and gathering information by public relations services, getting to know the methodology and practice of working with the main groups of the public and the use of various communication tools, mastering the skills of practical work in the field of public relations, in particular, conducting public opinion research, studying documentary sources, holding briefings, press conferences, speaking in the press and conducting campaigns in the mass media, using special forms of public relations (receptions, presentations, exhibitions, etc.).
Опис: The nature of public opinion. Public opinion in the structure of public consciousness. Individual and public opinion. Human behavior in a social environment. Social space, its main components and parameters. Man in social space. The concept of "man". "Individual", "personality". Social status and the role of the individual. Types of social status and roles. Concepts and types of role conflicts.
Socialization of personality. Primary and secondary socialization. Stages of socialization. Socialization agents and features of their influence on the personality.
Public relations (PR) as a field of scientific knowledge and a field of professional activity. PR formula. Origins and history of PR. The public in the PR system as an object and subject of communication. Public opinion: research and formation. Communication as a process of information transfer. Types of communicative influence in the system of PR - activities. Communication problems and PR - activities in the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: Attestation of students in the discipline "Public opinion and human behavior in the social environment" is carried out with the help of means of objective control of the degree of achievement of the final goals.
1. Attestation is carried out on the basis of an assessment of the level of competences achieved and the results of a bachelor’s study in the specialty "Social Work", using the methods of complex diagnostics: semester assessment (SO) of students’ knowledge is carried out based on the total number of points obtained according to the results of current control (PC), and implementation control measure (KZ).
2. The information base, on the basis of which the means of objective control of the degree of achievement of the ultimate goals of mastering the discipline are formed, are its subject matter, tasks for practical and independent works, a list of literature and methodical recommendations.
3. Attestation of the quality of mastering the discipline is carried out after the students complete the work program in its entirety.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: • oral interviews, participation in discussions, presentation of the study project (40%)
• final control (verification event, exam), written-oral form (60%)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
