Summary of the subject: Modes of static converters and sticnih compensators. Anormal?ni mode converters and compensators. Protection of static converters from short circuits and overloads. Overvoltage protection from them. Transforming the installation of special purpose.
Assessment methods and criteria: a written report of laboratory and design works, oral (30%); final control – exam: writing oral form (70%).
