Мета вивчення дисципліни: The main goal of studying the discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative Management" is to increase the efficiency of management of organizational structures due to the correct use by managers of various levels of principles and tools of administration, to create a complete system of administrative management of the organization. The purpose of studying the discipline also consists in an in-depth study of the essence, content of state and municipal administration, its subjects and objects, types, forms and features, functions, methods, technologies, and the governing influence of public service.
Завдання: The task of studying the educational discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative Management" is to generalize and substantiate the processes of formation of managerial skills and the application of practical data in management. As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - study of the terminological base of administrative management; - justification of the role of the administration and manager-administrator in the system of administrative management; - study of the functions and process of administrative management.
Learning outcomes: Following the completion of the module the student should: Know: - basic knowledge of public administration and management; - the ability to solve the posed problems and take appropriate decisions. Be able to: - the ability to determine the direction of development of the state, economic sector, areas, enterprises and other objects of management (public administration); - ability to analyze national and regional policies in security, innovation and investment, economic, competitive, ecological and social sectors to develop and implement measures to improve their formulation and implementation, based on the content of public-management technologies, mechanisms of civil society and competitive development of enterprises , markets, regions and states.

Summary of the subject: Administrative management is a young field of scientific knowledge that is developing very quickly. Interest in this knowledge has increased in Ukraine in recent years due to the fact that the problem of training qualified professional civil servants has become a requirement of today. The Western countries were the first to initiate the scientific organization of the work of civil servants. Their experience is being studied by Ukrainian scientists. State structures, ensuring the implementation of the laws by which the country lives, must be armed with management knowledge, in particular, knowledge of the management of state organizations. They must be able to perform the functions of planning, organization, motivation, and control of the organization's employees, which ensure the achievement of its goals. It is the study of the discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative Management" that provides the training of such specialists to a decisive extent. The theory of administrative management - one of the young theories of social management - is developing and gaining experience. The subject of study of the discipline is the system of scientific methods of management of the administrative system.
Опис: Theoretical and methodological principles of administrative management in Ukraine. Conceptual framework of administrative management. Organizational management structure. Basic principles and processes in administrative management. Methods of administrative management. The organization, control and staff motivation. The organization of work in administrative and public institutions. Analysis and regulation in administrative management. Administration of management decisions. Performance criteria of the head of state administrative agencies.
Assessment methods and criteria: examination control (60%); current control (40%).

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
