Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies:
Integral competence:
The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of public management and administration or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and scientific methods of the relevant field and is characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions.
General competences:
? the ability to realize one's rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to be aware of the values of a civil (free democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, the rule of law, the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in Ukraine;
? the ability to be critical and self-critical;
? ability to adapt and act in a new situation;
? ability to work in a team;
? the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources;
? the ability to communicate based on the goals of communication and the specific situation;
Professional competencies of the specialty:
? the ability to ensure the appropriate level of production and use of management products, services or processes;
? the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal and moral and ethical norms of behavior;
? the ability to use the electronic document management system;
? the ability to provide information and analytical support for management processes using modern information resources and technologies;
? the ability to develop tactical and operational plans of management activities;
? ability to research and search activities in the field of public management and administration;
Learning outcomes: - ability to use knowledge and understanding for identification, formulation and fulfilling the managerial and administrative tasks of the specialty using the famous methods;
- ability to tackling the problems of synthesis and analysis in the systems, which are typical for the chosen specialty;
- ability to use knowledge of economic, political, social and other characteristics of public organization, administration, local authority for making managerial tasks of the specialty;
- organization of investigation, analysis, forecasting and planing economic, social and other phenomena in the state and regions and using the gained results for making typical for the chosen specialty decisions.

Summary of the subject: The qualification exam consists of 24 test tasks, incl. 4 problems of the third level of complexity in the following disciplines: Fundamentals of Administrative Management, Fundamentals of Finance, Money and Credit, Finance Management and State Budget Policy, Competition Theory.

Assessment methods and criteria: The qualifying exam is rated at 100 points. Of these: 90 points - written part, 10 points - oral component.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The normative part of the qualification exam program contains content modules of mandatory components of the bachelor's professional training cycle.
The variable part is based on the content modules of the optional components of the bachelor's professional training cycle.
The list of recommended sources attached to the program contains a list of relevant educational and scientific special literature.

Required prior and related subjects: The qualification exam takes place after studying and mastering all mandatory and optional subjects of the educational professional program of the first bachelor's level of higher education. After passing the qualifying exam, the last control event takes place - the public defense of the final thesis.
Summary of the subject: The educational discipline involves combining the theory and practice of public management and administration on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach, mastering classical and innovative methods of management.
Teachers who have a high scientific and teaching level are involved in ensuring educational discipline, as well as consultants and experts who are involved in reforming government bodies at various levels of management.

Assessment methods and criteria: Attestation of graduates of the educational program of specialty 281 "Public management and administration" is carried out in the form of an attestation exam in the form of computer testing and defense of the qualification work and ends with the issuance of a document of the established model on awarding a bachelor's degree with the qualification: Bachelor of Public Management and Administration.
Attestation is carried out publicly and openly.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (assessment in classes, performance of individual educational and practical tasks, testing, surveys, discussions, creative tasks) and final control (exams) in academic disciplines and the educational program, protection of practice results and bachelor's qualification work
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
