Мета вивчення дисципліни: Study of methodology and methods, organizational, legal and procedural principles of public-private interaction, in particular, economic, state-building and communication aspects.
Завдання: general: the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. Specialists: ability to practically apply knowledge of micro- and macroeconomic analysis, combine them with applied sciences, apply for state regulation, macroeconomic planning and forecasting.
Learning outcomes: - knowledge of the basic principles of competitive market; - knowledge of the competitive behavior of economic entities in the markets and the determinants of their competitive development; - determining the impact of the competition on the profitability of enterprises, tier business reputation, consumer rights; - operating the management aspects of competitive relations, taking into account the peculiarities of public-private partnership, innovation, socio-economic aspects of competitive development.
Required prior and related subjects: theoretical actions in the world, European and international institutions, antitrust regulation
Summary of the subject: - characteristics of international public bodies whose activities affect the formation of commodity markets; - world markets: signs and features of functioning; - peculiarities of foreign economic activity of subjects when entering the world markets; - state support for subjects to enter global markets; - use of trademarks, brands and technologies in entering new markets; - peculiarities of creation of subsidiaries in the development of new markets: interaction with public authorities; - partnership as a way to enter world markets; - the use of investment in finished products when entering the target market; - public-business cooperation in the quality management system; - public-business cooperation in the formulation and implementation of environmental policy by economic entities.
Опис: Topic 1. Public-private interaction: the essence of the concept (content, subjects, objects, types). Topic 2. Normative and legal regulation of public-private interaction (characteristics of the main provisions, international aspect). Topic 3: Public sector in the field of public-private partnership (essence, characteristics, relationships). Topic 4: State management systems for the formation of partnership relations between the government and business (content, structure, methods and methods of interaction). Topic 5. Interest groups: public and private aspect (essence, types, peculiarities of formation and mutual influences). Topic 6: Globalization and public administration (trends, content, relationship). Topic 7: Business representation in government institutions (methods, methods, motives). Topic 8: World experience in the formation of partnership relations between the government and business (content, structure, methods and methods of interaction). Topic 9: Partnership mechanism for business, government and local community (content, subjects, objects, types). Topic 10: Good governance as a basis for dialogue with business and the public (principles of openness, accountability and transparency of state authorities. Topic 11. Basics of effective interaction between authorities and business (forms of cooperation between the state and business communities, economic interaction between the state and business). Topic 12. The State and civil society - result in joint action (level of interaction, influence on the level of democracy in the state). Topic 13. Socially responsible business and social entrepreneurship (essence, determination of advantages when choosing a direction of activity). Topic 5. Communication as a tool of interaction (communication needs, importance of external and internal communications).

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: control work in the form of test tasks No. 1 - maximum number of points 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 2 - maximum number of points 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 3 - maximum number of points 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 4 - maximum number of points 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 5 - maximum number of points 8 Test tasks #1-5 involve providing answers to 8 test questions and are conducted using a virtual learning environment. In the case of providing all correct answers to 8 questions, the system calculates points in a percentage ratio depending on the number of correct answers provided. 100% of correct answers are valued at 8 points. The oral component is evaluated in the maximum number of points in the case of a complete, correct, justified answer to two questions of a descriptive nature (according to the list posted in the virtual initial environment), one question is evaluated in 5 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied, in their relationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) is awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
